ESCAPE Tampa Bay The Oaks - located adjacent and separate from the original Village is almost complete.

The property is named after the ancient Live Oaks we are preserving in a huge park in the center of the property. In terms of size, The Oaks is expansive...the central park alone is as big as the original Village! Around this park are mostly shaded lots where special ESCAPE units will be featured, including new designs. Additional secluded lots wrap around the west side of the original Village...this area is full of beautiful palm trees.
Currently the Oaks is finishing construction so we are not doing tours and we will not begin sales until units are placed on the property which will be within the next 30-45 days. We are not taking advance deposits and there is will soon be an announcement regarding a grand opening date. As in phase 1, all lots will be leased and only ESCAPE units are allowed. Specific ESCAPE units are being selected and assigned for each lot....only the assigned ESCAPE units will be allowed on the lots. We project there to be 23 ESCAPE units total. Pricing will start around $120,000. Monthly lot rents will start at $575 and include parking, garbage, water, septic, landscaping, ground maintenance & private deck. Be sure to click on the Subscribe for Updates so you are the first to know when units are released for sale. Interest is very high so once the process begins we anticipate all the available units to sell quickly. There will be no rentals initially in The Oaks, but as in the Village, owners will have the option of doing long term leases. Again, make sure and subscribe for further updates!
