Basic information about rentals:

 

1. All rental agreements are for 9-12 months. One year leases automatically renew assuming there are no issues or problems.

 

2. The rental rate includes garbage, parking, sewer, landscaping, private deck(s), and access to a swimming pool, work space with WiFi and on-site maintenance. 

 

3. Sorry, no pets are allowed in rentals.

 

4. We run background checks on all potential renters.

 

5. There is no rent to own program.

 

6. The units can accommodate up to two people.

 

8. Renters insurance is required.

 

9. ESCAPE Tampa Bay is a quiet place and the rules reflect this fact.
