The property is non-smoking
Basic information about rentals:
1. All rental agreements are for 9-12 months. One year leases automatically renew assuming there are no issues or problems.
2. The rental rate includes garbage, parking, sewer, landscaping, water, private deck(s), work space with WiFi and on-site maintenance.
3. Sorry, no pets are allowed in rentals.
4. We run background checks on all potential renters.
5. There is no rent to own program.
6. The units can accommodate up to two people.
7. Renters insurance is recommended.
8. One month's deposit due up front when the lease is signed. The deposit is non-refundable if you change your mind about renting the unit before you move in. It does get refunded at the end of your lease and granted there are no damages to the unit.
9. ESCAPE Tampa Bay is a quiet place and the rules reflect this fact.
