This is not a kit, this is a finished, portable building to fit your needs. Normal set up time is usually under a few hours and you are ready to go.

The property is non-smoking
Basic information about rentals:
1. All rental agreements are for 9-12 months. One year leases automatically renew assuming there are no issues or problems.
2. The rental rate includes garbage, parking, sewer, landscaping, water, private deck(s), and access to a swimming pool, work space with WiFi and on-site maintenance.
3. Sorry, no pets are allowed in rentals.
4. We run background checks on all potential renters.
5. There is no rent to own program.
6. The units can accommodate up to two people.
7. Renters insurance is required.
8. One month's deposit due up front when the lease is signed. The deposit is non-refundable if you change your mind about renting the unit before you move in. It does get refunded at the end of your lease and granted there are no damages to the unit.
9. ESCAPE Tampa Bay is a quiet place and the rules reflect this fact.

The rental on Lot #32 is an Escape duplex-style, fully furnished, all-electric (EV) unit designed for efficiency and simplified living. The open layout features a living area with versatile flip-tables for work or dining, plus a fully-equipped kitchen with energy efficient appliances, stone countertops and maple cabinetry. Also included is a convenient washer/dryer combo. The queen bed is built-in with drawer storage, USB outlets and a Smart TV, and the bathroom features a large mirror with Toto toilet and full-size shower. Enjoy quiet design, lots of natural light with opening windows and the perfect amount of usable space, plus a private outdoor deck.

Located in Palm Court, the unit is very quiet and surrounded by beautiful Royal palm trees. Interior has a minimal, clean design that combines functionality with beauty...white walls with maple cabinetry, opening windows and custom built-ins. Queen bed with Smart TV.
